  • Michigan State Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc., Annual Convention and Show

    Date: March 3, 2017 - March 5, 2017
    Location: MSU Pavilion for Agriculture and Livestock Education/Holiday Inn Express in Okemos

    The Michigan State Rabbit Breeders Association (MSRBA) will host its 75th convention and spring show March 3-5. The theme for this year’s weekend is “Living Out our Dreams 2017.”

  • Quiet Water Symposium

    Educating and promoting non-motorized outdoor recreation and conservation of our Great Lakes resources. This event brings together outdoor-minded individuals from all over North America. Nearly 200 exhibits, demonstrations, and speakers entertain and educate. Great for the whole family.

  • Pullorum Certification Workshop

    At this workshop, participants will learn about the test and about filling out the paperwork associated with testing, and will be required to perform the test.

  • 34th annual Michigan Horse Expo

    We are one of the largest three day equine expos in the country. We have 100’s of quality vendors to visit in between watching the top Clinicians, Speakers and Exhibitors from Michigan and across the country.

    The International Stallion Exhibition and Trade Show (Michigan Horse Expo) has been going strong since 1984. We are one of the largest three day equine expos in the country. We have 100’s of booth filled with quality vendors to visit in between watching the top Clinicians, Speakers and Exhibitors from Michigan and across the country.

  • Michigan 4-H/FFA Horse Judging Contest

    This event will be held separately from the MI 4-H Equine Educational Contests. Additionally, this event has been moved to an earlier date in March. We’re hoping these accommodations result in less school/sport/prom conflicts and allows 4-H participants to compete in more than one educational contest.

  • Michigan Beef Expo

    The Michigan Beef Expo offers opportunities for everyone and is the most well-attended beef cattle event in the state.

  • Norma Agenw Memorial 4-H Hairy Horse Show

    Date: April 8, 2017

    A warm-up clinic/horse show. No placings or ribbons will be offered, instead the judges will wear microphones and provide feedback to each exhibitor.

  • MAQHA Easter EggStravaganza

    Date: April 12, 2017 - April 16, 2017

    The Michigan Quarter Horse Association is an enthusiastic group of individuals who breed, raise, train, show or just plain love the American Quarter Horse. MQHA offers those who wish to compete nearly 40 AQHA/MQHA approved shows, including an All-Novice Show/Open Show to introduce less seasoned competitors to national competition. Shows offer not only halter, showmanship, western and hunt seat classes, but trail, western riding, roping, reining, barrels and poles, over fences and many other specialty competitions.
